Yoga Hikes

Hiking and Yoga converge in a grounding 2-hour excursion through the stillness of nature. A 30-minute hike into the Arizona mountains is met by a balancing one-hour yoga practice in the heart of the desert. The practice is followed by a centering walking meditation leading back down the trail. Descend back into civilization rejuvenated, calm, and full of fresh O2.

Partner Yoga

An exploration in playfulness and support. In this class we will use each other's bodies as means to discover different and colorful ways of being in traditional postures. This class will have you giggling, falling, breathing and connecting with yourself and your partner. Experience deep releases, and gain new insights into familiar poses. All types of partners welcome: parents and children, couples, friends. No yoga experience is necessary which makes this class a great way to introduce the discipline to someone in your life!
